My delivery came but because the shutters were half way closed he went away and we had to then wait for another delivery day, but otherwise it was good.

The parcel (a 150 year old framed piece of art) arrived with all the glass frame completely smashed and the backing ripped in various parts. Looks like it has been thrown from one truck to another. Have reported this to the claims dept so let's see how this is dealt with.

This parcel contained parts for a swimming pool pump which was required urgently. Delivery was promised 2-5 days! However as soon as the parcel was collected I was informed of a "operational delay"? Consequently the parcel took 10 days before it was delivered. This delay caused me some extreme inconvenience as I couldn't operate my guesthouse pool and I had some highly dissatisfied guests staying at my establishment!
Also, why is every address in St Lucia considered a remote address and incur an additional charge of 16 GBP for delivery, when I have to collect the parcel from your office in St Lucia anyway? Surely this is illegal for you to advertise a service to St Lucia and then determine that it is a remote address for delivery?

Bulky item delivered on time, no damage and driver was professional and courteous. Oh and Interparcel kept me informed on delivery status by email and text message.

There was not enough warning as to time of delivery, so parcel arrived when no one was in. It was then dropped off at a post office several miles away in the next village requiring a car journey to fetch it instead of at the post office 400 yds away. Didn't make sense.

Kept me updated every step of the way without me even asking for it. Great work. Prompt shipping. Now, if only other major freight forwarding firms were this good….. looking at you DHL…..

Had an issue with tracking the package. Package was delivered.

The process of booking was easy and the costs reasonable. The actual transportation was not as described. 4 working days quoted to Spain, its four working days today and I have tracked it and its still in UK.

Box damaged on route. Goods were spilling out when customer received them!!
